Join Brandi McKenzie and Ann Rossi as they provide overviews of Youth in Transition (YIT) and Young Adult Voluntary Foster Care (YAVFC). Brandi will talk about YIT eligibility, how to access YIT, and what it can be used for. She will be available to answer questions about how to best troubleshoot with young people when they have difficulty with accessing YIT in their county. Ann Rossi will give an overview of Michigan’s Young Adult Voluntary Foster Care (YAVFC) program, including how and when youth are found eligible to enter the program.
